Heart Resonance

with Out of Doors at URU Yoga
Friday, July 31 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Heart Resonance is an experiential evening rooted in presence, trust, compassion, and shared humanity.

Through guided breathwork, partnered exercises, live music, and dance, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we soften our defenses and genuinely meet ourselves and one another.

This experience is designed to gently shift perception and invite deeper engagement beyond the surface-level ways we often relate in everyday life.

Some moments may feel joyful and energizing.
Some may feel vulnerable, emotional, or unexpectedly moving.

The evening begins with grounding breath and resonance practices and closes with live musical performances from Out of Doors and Ayla Brisa, inviting us into dance, celebration, and integration as we carry the experience through the body.

You may leave feeling more at home with yourself and others and more aware of the humanity moving through all of us.

The only way to know is to step in and experience it.

Investment: $35

Here are some testimonials:

"Heart Resonance was a one of a kind, moving, and deeply sweet event. I witnessed it bring hearts together of people who may have once been unsure of each other, showing the truth and love that lives behind the eyes. Following a powerful workshop we were serenaded by Out of Doors and an epic dance party DJ’d by Ayla Brisa. What a magical night. I can’t wait for the next one!!" -Hannah O.

"Connection is something we think we find on social media sometimes, but when we actually talk to people, we often hold back and feel uncomfortable opening up or making continued eye contact. But what if there were a safe room full of people you may or may not know, where you were given the chance and the tools to be vulnerable and open, to find out about your true self and theirs?

When I tried a Heart Resonance experience, I thought I was going to listen to music and stories about people's lives. Instead, I learned about myself through the eyes of others. I learned to trust strangers. I learned to connect physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I learned that our differences aren't as big as we think, and that our fears, even toward each other, are often much the same. I learned that age, sex, size, and any other factors don't really define us.

I met thinkers, mothers, friends, poets, musicians, dancers, and artists. Some were shy while others were outgoing, but we could each connect. I was given opportunities to finally let go and be free in ways I never have before, and to trust in ways I never thought possible. I left wanting even more connection, but also feeling content with what I had learned about myself and the people I connected with. I would love to have this experience again and recommend it to all people. The world would be a better place if our hearts were connected." -Joy W.

"When I attended that Heart Resonance event with John and Amy Jinks and Ayla, I didn't know what to expect, other than a good time. What I received far exceeded my expectations. Connecting heart to heart with other humans can be tricky, and scary, but I feel is ultimately one of the most rewarding skills we can all develop in life. This container was exceptional for providing a safe and playful space that allowed the participants to go deep quickly and enjoy real and genuine connection on a level rarely accessible in day to day life. Would I go again? I can't wait! Who would I recommend it to? Anyone with a beating heart." -Sean S.
