We are excited to welcome you to URU Yoga-Gulf Breeze…located at 913 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Suite 26A in the Harbortown Shopping Center across the courtyard from Aegean Breeze.
We have been working hard to get everything ready. The infrared heaters are installed & props are stocked. Infrared heating for hot yoga is a form of heat that is similar to being heated by the sun. It heats surfaces rather than the air. It is a cleaner heat and is eco-friendly. The benefits to the body include increased blood circulation and ridding the body of toxins.
