Law of Attraction
Energy Flows where Attention Goes
We manifest our thoughts by putting energy into them. When we shift our thoughts to what we DO want, we send energy into our lives creating positive outcomes. Simply put, we attract into our lives what we put energy and intention into.
By sitting in stillness, we are able to listen to the whisper of our Self and our deepest knowing. In that knowing, we set our clear intention and put energy into creating the lives we are meant to live. We have the power to create the life of our dreams.
“Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it; Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.”-John Anster

Every Thursday in March
7-9pm
URU Downtown
As intolerance of diversity seems to be gaining popularity in our diverse society, we need all the tools we can get to overcome fear, anxiety and feelings of isolation.
Moving further into our yoga practice and interest in the symbolism of various philosophical systems, we discovered that kirtan is a practice which puts shared musical mantra at the foundation of the musical experience.
All are welcome. Pay what you can. We look forward to sharing some cathartic, moving and potentially transformational experiences together as our community continues to discover and embrace this practice. —Rivka & Mike iLL

1-3pm
URU Gulf Breeze
The law of attraction simply states that we attract into our lives whatever we set our focus on.
Bring into your life new focus. Set an intention and create your vision into a piece of art to display and continually remind you of what you want in your life. Just the act of setting an intention and creating a vision board puts in motion actions that manifest your desires. And its fun!
Vision boarding is a powerful tool to set goals and intentions for yourself while also providing a piece of artwork to look at daily as you watch the vision come to life.
Bring any magazines you would like to use. We will have plenty of extra magazines and art supplies. If you have any special supplies you would like to use, please bring those as well.

Gandhi said that our beliefs affect our thoughts, our thoughts affect our words, our words affect our actions, and our actions write our destiny. By creating the union of mind, breath, and body, we will create intentions that are in alignment with our purpose, and plant those seeds of change in fertile soil. We’ll also discuss practices to continue to tend our garden as we go forward, making sure we’re caring for those beliefs that yield good fruit and creating the presence to spot weeds before they take over.
