URU Yoga Bingo is back! August 2017 Lila…Play! Lila, in Sanskrit, is roughly translated as “play” but it is more than that. While play is so important in life, to get through difficult times and to just have fun, play is also spontaneity. In yogic philosophy, lila, is about creation and the spontaneous creation of the universe. It is also living life with a sense of creative play and allowing life to flow while enjoying the process. ~ Come play with us…Yoga Bingo is back! If you missed it the first time, you get another chance to win some great prizes. We had so much fun last month with Yoga Bingo that we are doing it again.
